What is online coaching and how does it work

Online coaching is a cost effective and exciting way to receive professional coaching and support. It can be utilised by anyone, anytime, anyplace and is like having a PT in your pocket offering guidance, convenience and responsiveness.

Working with our online coaching department is a different experience for every client.

Every client has a different combination of personal goals, diet/training history, responsibilities and life constraints is unique to them.

  • An in depth initial consultation call so we can find out all about you, your goals, your history and your current responsibilities.

  • A bespoke training plan designed to reach your goal in the most efficient way possible based on your training experience, time and the equipment you have access to.
  • Nutrition support. We work with you to not only support you while being a client but also educate you and guide you to build a sustainable nutritional approach to reach your goals and sustain them.
  • Monthly targets broken down into weekly targets which are broken down into daily targets. You will have clear daily targets in every area of life to ensure you reach your goals.
  • Ongoing support via messaging throughout the week. The opportunity to contact your coach directly with any questions surrounding your training, nutrition or any other areas you feel you need support.
  • A weekly check in with your coach and opportunity to go through the week just passed and set new targets. You will also receive feedback from your coach with your goals and long term success in mind.
  • Education on the why behind everything we do to make sure that you are not dependent on your coach but are also learning the skills to navigate your fitness goals by yourself.
